Sadly, I'm not.  It was a neighbor up the road.  Actually, two more landowners down the road from me got the same bonus, for one acre each.  Another family down the road will be getting a contract for well pad.  I think XTO likes my neighborhood, lol.

A narrow dirt road on a hilltop near Neffs.  I dread the thought of big trucks negotiating this road!

my land is in Pultney too but i didn't get any offer for $8500 . I think the Neff's  fire dept got $7200
