Morgan twp. 5 year offer to extent

Wondering how your (and your neighbor's) agreement reads relative to landowner payments / debits (development / post production / market enhancement / etc.) - care to share such details with us ??

The payment (4980) would be paid up front (within 60 days) of signing.

I do recall they added a market enhancement clause in an amendment a few years back I'll have to do some research as to the wording

Thanks for sharing Dave.
Best of luck whatever your decision.

Lease is up....first offer........time is on my side I figure

Good luck man.
We're on your bus too.

We can only hope that low offers are not accepted in Ash. Co. We need to be patient and get what our properties are worth.

Couldn't agree with you more elliemae, I feel that this area with all the old Clinton wells will end up being a hot spot, don't ask me why...just a gut feeling. I think they know what is down there, they are just holding there cards close to there chest right now.

Received a notice from NELA today. They are canceling the contract I have with them. Looks like the ship is going to sail without some of us in Ashtabula again.
Sounds like NELA can't find a buyer for their agreements.
Why ?
Not enough acreage ?
How many acres were signed ?
Too environmentally conservative ?
Not enough infrastructure yet ?
Too much land / surrounding land HBP ?
Too much surrounding land under other agreements ?
Were they paid to but out ?
All of the above ?
