Hello GMS members!

It has been some time since I have seen any news in regards to these drilled locations.

Does anyone have access to test results, IP, developement of transmission lines, etc?

CHK is mums the word when I call them?

Thanks in advance from New Mexico!

I guess then that this is "The Dead Zone!"

There is a thread for each of these wells where you can see any updates. Mellinger has been flared. Mangus is being fracked. From what we can tell, those of us that live around here all the wells you mentioned are WOPL .... waiting on pipeline ... to Kensington Cryogenic Plant. Currently work is being done in the vicinity of Henceroth, Trebilcock, Andrulis, Dye, Crosser all just off 30 East of Hanoverton Oh. This is the Millport Pipeline. Jan Paul, Altenhoff also getting pipeline which seems to be coming to Millport. Tritten on 172 will be join to Millport based on stakes at well entrance. We speculate that, no surveying yet to confirm, that Millport will also gather Roy D and Mrugala off depot rd then Muehller, Riffle, Mangus, Weaver, Hartz, Mellenger. There are also 6-8 wells in elk run twp just east of rt 11 and no info on gathering line for them yet. Also some wells near springfield cryogenic plant may have been traded or sold in part to Hillcorp and will be gathered by Hickory Bend .... specifically Chesapeake Grubbs which is near Hilcorp Salem Grubbs but entirely speculation about that. Have to wait and watch what happens. Hope that sheds some light.

Thanks James! Sure do appreciate the news!

No problem ... the surveyors have been busy and now have the road crossings laid out across Lisbon Dungannon Rd from Henceroth Well, to Trebilcock Well, then across Trinity Church and McCallister Rd to Dye Well, and possibly Andrulis well (we can't see any markings from the road (Lisbon Dungannon also but other side of Trinity Church from Henceroth well) at this well but they may go out the back side of the pad so that section would not cross a road)  then to and across Crosser Rd past Crosser Well then across 30 and then across County Home Rd, then across 172 to Tritten Well.  I go to work and home a few different ways at night to see the progress they are making.  Also read that the Chesapeake Grubbs well still belongs to Chesapeake.  They kept nine wells that had been drilled but did some trading, selling etc of leases near the Columbia Gas Storage Fields in Fairfield and Elk Run Twp in Columbiana County.

As I said before expect to see  Millport be extended to gather Roy D and Mrugala off depot rd then Muehller, Riffle, Mangus, Weaver, Hartz, Mellenger.  Will keep an eye on this line of wells to see what happens.   I don't have a sense yet of how far the surveyors are ahead of the heavy equipment but we will find out soon I think.

My speculation that Millport Pipleline would gather these wells was WRONG.  There is a second pipeline Teegarden Pipeline that has been going in down by Hanoverton, up alongside Route 9 and then turns east towards Roy D and Mrgula.  It is very close to this area now just crossed Whinery Road south of Winona Rd.  It appears that it will go North and East to gather Muehler, Riffle, (Mangus?), Weaver, Hartz, and Mellinger.  The early part of the pipeline is being buried up to about Schneider road which it crosses.  There is pipe cribbed up and sections welded all the way to Butler Twp and just this past Monday night commissioners entered a RUMA (road use maintenance agreement) with Access Midstream to use Whinery, Winona, and Woodsdale and also to cross Woodsdale I believe. There are no markings on any of these wells to indicate which pipeline might be going there like the Millport wells so we will have to wait and watch to see what happens next.  These wells are all in a row basically on the map so that is why we think they will be gathered by the same pipeline.

Thanks James for the good update!  NE Ohio will be adding to this wonderful country's increasing petroleum production and hopefully towards energy independence.  I remember only a few years back a  fellow was preaching that we had reached "Peak Oil".

These shale plays are putting numerous folks back to work, and if the politicians would get out of the way, and stop spending and giving, the industry could help the US rebound with a sound economic footing.

Super up to date info US ! Thanks!

I have been posting updates on another thread called Teegarden Pipeline.  Have seen more activity in the area of RoyD, Mrugala, Muehller ... lots of new surveying markers.  The road crossing at Woodsdale is under construction. The crossing at Depot is marked.  There is an access road off Vincent and also off Yates and surveying stakes at Muehller.  This seems to be the next phase section of this pipeline.

There is work down by the factory out to 30 right now.  The leg from 30 all the way to Whinery Road has pipe all laid out, "push pipe" under many of the road and creek crossing is done, and some pipe is welded and being buried near Speidel Rd/Gas Tax.

Lots of new activity on the "next" section of this pipeline from Whinery Road to Muehller Well which includes Roy D and Mrugala Wells.  I have not seen any activity yet near Riffle, Mangus, Weaver, Harzt or Mellenger but that will probably be in the final section of the well.

Lots of the pipe along the way is being buried, road crossings completed.

Also a boatload of activity out at the Jan Paul well on Speidel west of Route 9.  I stopped making this little short trek out there a few weeks ago because NOTHING is ever happening.  Then boom there is an entire branch of the main pipeline ... smaller pipe ... all the way out there across Route 9, pipe is up on cribs, welded, and I fully expect to see it buried in the next week or two.  Not sure if the push under the road is complete.  It is difficult to stop here and look especially if you are there near the time school lets out at United.  Just not safe to sit on side of road taking pictures or gawking.  I wonder if sometimes they are still negotiating ROW's and skip over a well then when the ROW is in place jump right on it.  Same thing happened at one well over on Millport Pipeline.  Mad dash now to beat winter snow!

Hello Mr. Pipe!!

Pipeline going in to the Weaver well..... just started a few days ago.   Appears to be heading directly south across the storage field... not sure where it is headed.  May have to take a Sunday drive.

Hope all is well in the SW!

Dr J,

There is actual 3rd QTR 2013 Production for wells near UEO Facility.

 Royalty Checks are being cashed.

It should be a spur off the Teegarden Gathering Pipeline

that came from the Riffle Well

and will continue on to the Hartz well.
