Was your article about the Kinsman offer a come--on?  IWe have a 137.5 acre farm 5 miles south of Badger School--the new one.  So far the land groups are offering between and $3K and $3.9K and royalties of 17.5% off the net instead of gross from the well head.  That's a bad deal.
