Introduce Yourself: I am a landowner in south-central Georgia. We currently have a right of way easement granted to Southern Natural Gas across our property. Sabal Trail Transmission, LLC is seeking an additional 50 ft ROW easement directly adjacent to the existing easement. I am trying to learn as much as I can regarding prices paid for easements whether it be per ft,rod,acre or ft/inch in diameter.
