Braxton has a terrible reputation for being scammers. Recently I was in Houston on business and even there, the name Braxton is frowned upon.

In my opinion, you should AVOID the deal Braxton Minerals is offering!!! If the parcels are not of any value, then why are they interested in them? If you wish to sell, I would suggest selling to someone other than Braxton and would be happy to discuss the matter with you.
