- The last landman who I physically met tried to leave a check with me to sign a boilerplate lease. I tore the check up and he was upset with me.
I recently have recieved calls from other landmen who are nothing more than punk kids trying to bully land owners into giving up thier mineral rights.
I'm willing to talk to a decent landman / O&G companie who sees me and my neighbors as business partners.
