Bonnie - Look into this group, they are negotiating a lease for tons of property in Mercer, Lawrence and Beaver counties.  I do not know if this includes Slippery Rock. There is a meeting tonight at 6 and one tomorrow at 6 at the Bessemer Croation club in New Castle.  I believe thet you can still get into their group....it is run by attorneys and yes, they do get a percent but they also have been doing this for a while.  Good luck!!  www.washingtonpalawyer.com
