Need help on lease terms

We have property off of 258 in Mercer and have an offer on the table from Hilcorp for 3,000 an acre and 17 %. Any advice from those following the current leases in Mercer?Thank You CbrianContinue

Brian,

I've got 74 acres over on Pew Road in Delaware Twp. between the Jefferson McGee and McCullough pads. 

 

I used Ron McCall out of Ekker, Kuster, McCall & Epstein 724 981 2000.

 

I've been trying to get Hilcorp to agree to a total surface exclusion but no luck so far.

 

My neighbors got $3250 about a year ago.  Hilcorp was later trying to low-ball me so your off is probably not to far off.  I can send you the addendem list I had McCall make up if you would send me your email.  I'd also like to know who you've been working with at Hilcorp.
