Make sure the power is off the the well and check the electrical connections.  The well is…See More

What has been your experience in the Marcellus Shale?
I recently reviewed a lease for someone selling a property and the lease was so poorly done, it significantly impacted the potential sale value of the parcel.

Hey Brian...let me know how we can help! I'm traveling quite a bit across the Marcellus play and working closely with clients who are looking for information on what you have to offer.

Hi Brian,
I just joined this site today and learned about your ongoing course "Oil and Natural Gas Completion Course." Is there anyway myself and some other people in my firm would be able to join or is it too late? Perhaps we could get the back material that we have missed? We provide gas lease valuations for estate planning purposes and we are always trying to further educate ourselves.

Thank you in advance for your reply!

I'm scheduled to be out of town at the moment, but that sounds like a very good opportunity. I really appreciate that Brian. Let me give that some thought and get back to you on it.

I will also send you and Ryan the e-mail I promised this weekend I hope. I've been swamped as I'm sure everyone has! Hope all is well.
