Belmont county S/G lease renewal

Our lease was originally with Rice in 2012 They sold to Gulfport a couple of years ago. Gulfport has exercised their option to renew the original 5 year lease. Best Case

Hi BrianH -  my family also leased our land in 2012 - across the state line in PA - I am encouraged to hear that your lease is going to renew for another 5 year term.  How close to the renewal date did you hear something from them? 30 days?  or more?  or less?   Thanks!  - Dan
