Shell in Lawrence County

Can someone out there possibly help me? I found out this past fall, that I am an heir to mineral rights in Lawrence County. The agent I had been working with sent copies of the original deeds, along with a map showing where the property is located. This person said Shell is very anxious to begin drilling and all the paperwork was in the process of being compiled for signatures, etc. All of a sudden, I don't hear anything back and my phone calls are not returned.
