- Our lease ran out one year ago this month. Plunketts Creek Twp. Lycomong County,116 acres. Offers were for 2 years @ 250.00 or 20% royalty. Old lease was 15% & 2500.00. We let lease run out but our partners signed the 20% for 2 years. We only go back to our cabin two or three times a year. They never discussed it with us. Since moving to Happy Valley (Penn State)we have lost contact with the site I used to follow. It was started by someone by the name of Ron Stanments. Not sure of spelling. We only go back to our cabin two or three times a year and would like to follow what is happening in the area. People in that area are very closed mouth about their affairs. I hope this site will help us. We are pushing 80 and don't want to get fooled by anyone.
