Why are they doing more seismographic testing along route 45

"The seismic test goes on for many ,many miles   We are in Columbiana County in North East Ohio..  They first marked the road with flags and mile markers I believe. The test goes way beyond that though."

""  Can one property have two well pads that service 640 acres each?" You do not need 2 PADs. One pad can have the laterals that run NW in one Unit and the wells that run SE in a second. IF the leases of the landowners in each unit…"

"Dan, I suppose there could be two well pads, but there is usually only one for 640 acres. The words road or pipeline are usually contained in the first paragraph of the lease. Who are you leased with ?"

"I found out that we are all in the same group.  I do not see anything about pipe lines or driveways in the lease.  Can one property have two well pads that service 640 acres each?"

1     My neighbor on Route 45 in Leetonia is being asked to have a driveway and a pipeline on his property .  He would like to know what to ask for as they are offering very little.2     The well will be on the property behind him, and is said to be servicing 1280 acres. Our lease is for 640.  The neighbor is not happy that they want to go 1280 and not 640. How can this be?See More

"Yes , I am leased.  I should have said unit.  It is the 640 acre unit I should have said.  I am near the Herbert 33-15-3 location in section 28.  I do not know what direction the well may go.  They have tested the water."

"Dan; your personal page said you are already leased.  Do you mean how do you know if you are in a unit?  If thats the question, then call Ohio DNR or go to their website. Or call however you are leased to."
