Tioga County area is a hot area in PA. All the shale plays have however cool off since last summer. I tend to not give advice but I doubt we will see Denton and Tarrant County Lease Bonus money again for a long, long time.

I buy minerals and I was able to purchase them @ $500 per acre in Tioga but I thought I paid to much but time will tell.
