Bonus & royality %

Our family has approx. 150 acres in Jeff. CO. , Island Creek Twsp. The land is located on Sr 213, Pleasant Hill area. We have been negotiating with DPS-Penn for approx 6 mos.Currently we are at $ 1000/acre - 15%. Does anyone know if this a fair price or have any info on other offers in the surrounding areas.See More
