From the lack of discussion, it appears there is nothing going on in Guernsey County regarding mineral leasing. I did get a letter regarding out right purchasing of my minerals. Continue

Not sure why I got the solicitation policy. I just wondered if anyone was in Guernsey County any longer. Not even sure I would be interested. I tried looking at County groups for Guernsey and all I got was a solicitation for a donation. Not sure what this discussion board is all about.
