- Landman, Bad I have 82 1/2 acres. There is a question on 53 acres as my owning the gas rites. They want to run 3 pipe lines across the 53 acres. Will hand me a check for the 29 1/2 acres if I sign o.k. for the Gas R O W on the acres in question. I said" no deal" I no longer trust the gas co. And I told them this. I now have given it to an Attorney.
