A co-worker of mine from concord said that he and several neighbors have been contacted by chevron over the past few days....no details on what they are offering yet....has any one else heard form them?I also saw on the Butler recorder of deeds website that a whole bunch of leases ahve been approved with Chevron the past few days. I assume this is good news....I am not pleased with the shell lease yet.See More

I got a letter from an attorney telling me he negotiated a deal for me. He said he got me $3325 and 18%.....OK, great right? Not so fast it turns out I would then have to pay him a fee which meant I would not get any more than with the standard Shell lease. But he is an Attorney so he must have some great addendums right?
