"Fang, We are in the process of discussing the pipeline easement (to the meter station) as well as the meter station itself. No details yet. Will post as details are learned."

"Hows this for a recommendation;  Ask to go to a fully operational metering station so that you have an idea of what you are committing to.  Only seems fair to fully understand what you are dealing with."

"Good start, but ask these questions. 1.How many meter runs will be installed? 2.What size pipe will they be? 3.What is the expected pressure range involved? 4.(and one more time) What will the decibel level be say, within 100 feet of the buildings…"

"When you say "it is my understanding" that sounds like that what the agent told you or hinted at. But all that is meaningless unless it is in writing in your contract. Make sure the contract states no compressors or any other equipment…"

"I have yet to negotiate the pipeline (as well as the meter station) beyond the initial request from the company. As far as I'm aware. the company will pay both per foot of pipeline as well as any damages to timber etc..."

"Didn't they tell you that the noise level from meter stations can be quite annoying!  These things can really scream in times of high flow volume.  Ask them for a decibel level they expect from the facility before you…"
