"But the longer they can delay payment, the less bank interest you can get for yourself.   It is not a great amount for a royalty owner but for the folks that can hold back,  It could mean a great deal of dollar bills."

Mr Lindstrom, I saw your response and that you had property in Center township. I am a royalty owner. My sister and cousins are heirs of the Hampson family. We signed with Rice/EQT over 5 years ago but no drilling. At least that is what we assume since we havent heard from EQT or the landowners lately. The 3 parcels are in Center and Jackson Townships near Holbrooke. Visited there 2 years ago and saw the pipeline my great grandfathers house, and the landowners. No royalties yet. There is an old well run by CNX on the Jameson parcel. It is operating and I think we are due back royalties, but don't have money to hire a lawyer. Just wondering if you may have seen some activity around any of those parcels. Living here in Va its hard to know what is going on. Thanks for your time. Debbie Pennell
