- I am one of the leaders of a 25,000 acre land group in Muskingum and Coshocton Counties. It is a contiguous block that we are in the process of marketing. We have excellent highways and rail road with sidings, unlimited water, and a new interstate pipeline starting to be built now.
Personally, I have 520 acres, but only 220 that is not tied up by Oxford Oil Co. One abandoned Clinton well ties up 130 acres. A weak Clinton well is tying up another 170 acres for the total of 300 acres.
We have not received one cent from Oxford for over 7 years. A lawyer advised on the non producing well to report it to ODNR. After having a violation written against them, Oxford showed up and cut out 5 in dia trees from the pump jack, built a fence around it. Laid 600 feet of new pipe and called it fixed!
They will not talk to me or let me make an appointment either. The lady who is in charge, is a "B".
