- Made very small offer to me ABOUT 2 yrs ago, I just contacted Landman back after finding out my neighbor had joined together to respond to there offers from Land-man/Rex energy. and he told me I better take whats offered or the gas Co. will just take the gas anyway also if not signed up and they ruin my water well i would have to spend on attorney to try and prove gas Co. caused problem! The offer was not bad but I didn't like the way Land-man came across!
