- I have watched many wells go up in my neighborhood in the last 2 years. I am a neighbor to a deep well. I don't want my well water to be contaminated, and thus reduce my land value, among other things. Also, I want to stay informed. If I am entitled to any royalties due to subsurface trespas, I want to know.
