I still believe there is a ample amount of time to see lease bonus pricing to go up, between now and Spring, the question is can you afford to wait. I know with a 30 acre parcel you will not see any activity, unless you are either close to a pipeline or you are on the horizional drilling path. I say that just to let you know htat if you do get a reasonable lease and royalty offer, you might want to truly give it some consideration.
