- My sister and I share O & G rights with 2 cousins to 80 acres in Wayne Township, Greene Co., PA. My 2 cousins have already signed a lease without consulting an attorney. My sister and I have an attorney but do not have a lease as yet. We would like to move ahead with this. We understand a drilling company cannot move on this without us. Our cousins' bonus on signing the lease was very small and percentage on the acreage was not within reason; therefore, my sister and I chose not to go it on our own and sign with who our cousins did. My sister and I have a reputable attorney and would like to know if there is any drilling in Wayne Twp. as yet. Hopefully, our attorney is not "dragging his heels" on this situation. We would like thoughts and advice on this. Thanks!
