- We leased over 3 years ago with Marathon. Our well is drilled and tapped waiting for pipeline to Kingwood to finish. The Meter Station is underway. Our experience with Marathon has been very good and all promises have been met. Hoping to get it hooked up and running soon. Our well is 8500 feet vertical. They are talking about a possible horizontal well also and talks of extracting oil also. No clear details yet.
