I signed June 8th, and in the contract they have until September 8th to pay in full. It's not an arbitrary 90 days from signing, it's an actual date.

They have up to 90 days from signing of lease to do title search and pay entire amount.

All were private landowners, but as I understand it, Maygar negotiated the lease.
