I am a new member and I have several questions for the board!

First of all I would like to say hello, my name is Nick SnellI am the son of a landowner in Sullivan County.  My father signed a five year lease of his 110 acres in Hillsgrove Twsp to Chesapeake.  The lease is up in june of 2013 i believe...Does anyone know the chances of them wanted to renew his lease?
