My Dad owned land in Guernsey Co. in the 60's. Sold land but kept mineral rights. He has passed and left these rights to my 2 brothers and self. I do have a question. I want my wife's name added to my 1/3 of the mineral rights. I have called and researched how to do that but have come up empty. Could you help me out, please. I would be so appreciative if you could. If something happens to me I want any further monies to go automatically go to her. Thanks much.--Norman P. Winn Sr.
