Introduce Yourself
I am the grandson of a long time Greenville, PA family. They own the surface but not the mineral rights to most of their properties, and I want to help protect their interests. We've been following, Butler v. Charles Powers Estate, 27 MAP 2012, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Middle District, for any developments beneficial to them.

They aren't interested in the money but keeping the land pristine and water clear.
