Is Randolph Co. a good prospect for gas drilling?
My father owns 75 acres in the Harman area & is interested in perhaps signing a lease. I own 58 acres in Ohio and have signed w/Kenyon at 400.00 per and 12.5%- wondering if neogtiations in WV should start higher or if that is about right. Had my attorney review contract-he felt for our area that it was fair. Who knows what "fair" is ,when you are dealing with these big companies tho!
