- I have been offered approximately $4500 or $3500 per net mineral acerbic by Sierra Buckeye for the deep rights under Mickeljon No 1and 2 wells and continue to receive my share of these currently producing wells.The offer was made May 1912. I did not accept.I was told I would be forced into a pooling and I would not receive a payout until investors received 300% of their $7 mil investment. I have received no information from the manager of the well or Buckeye since the end of May.Can you shed anynlight on my situation?
