Rick, I am hoping you can help me find out more information on what activity there has been regarding leasing for gas mineral rights.I have been somewhat following the interest in new gas drilling in Garrett county for the last couple of years and have seen recent articles regarding new leasing deals and really need to find out as much information as possible and contacts.

My parents Cliff and Lois Jensen had a farm with 107 acres near Accident in the 50's and had an active well at that time and when it was depleted they sold their farm and moved but retained the mineral rights. We are very interested in pursuing a leasing opportunity. I would really appreciate your help? Thank you so much!
