I have a lease and a permitted well site on my property, site no.21997, with Enervest that ran out on the 7th of july 2011. They sent a rep out on the 26th to get me to resign for 5 years, I did not sign. Looking for some guidance here.

Guidence for the greenhorn

Hello, I am new here, and new to the oil and gas business. I wish I would have found this site a few years ago, here is my situation. I live in southeastern Geauga county about a mile from the Trumbull co line. There has been a lot of drilling activity in the area since about 2007, I had a lease with Wilkes Energy and they actually had a permit to drill in 2008 (permitted well site no. 21997 on the ODNR map) but never drilled a well.
