- I am part owner of property with a gas well located on it in the east end of Lycoming county and have seen the growth in the area since the beginning. I hold two degrees in the Environmental field with college classes in Chemistry, Soils and Geology. My degrees consist of an AAS in Environmental Technology and a BS in Environmental Management. HAZWOPPER certified along with OSHA and DOT training. I am looking for work in the growing industry (locally) or with Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). From what I have notice there is a lot of misunderstandings about this industry I would like to see that change. The industry when regulated properly is very safe and it is the cleanest source of energy on the market next to nuclear energy.
