here in columbus township weve been approached by a marketing group called rapid realestate solutions out of pitssburg pa they want 10% of our bonus money up to 2700 and 50% anything above that also all royaltys above 15% they want all of that i wont sign and advise all around this area to contact their attornys, to protect themselves and the people pushing this crooked pitch to get people to sign. have been told by an oil and gas atty to run away from these people and expose them,on taking advanage of the people in this area.
