I have read some of your exchanges with GG and Frank. Your posts make a lot of sense and are very articulately stated. I am not sure, however, that engaging either of them in conversation by replying to their gibberish discourages either one of them. In fact it may do just the opposite. I lived in Mercer County for many years, am now in SC, but have a relatively large parcel of land in western Venango County. The land is unleased and I believe that leasing has cooled off in western Pennslvania for the time being. I may wish to ask you some questions if and when reasonable lease offers for my property are forthcoming.
