- EnerVest LLC has sent a landman to my neighborhood. They are wanting a Non-Surface lease. I have 2.6 ac and they are pooling property for a unit. they are offering $2500/ac with a 15% royalty on "Gross Proceeds" 5 Year Lease. Just wondering what others are being offered for non-surface, all dicussions I have read with $$$ figures do not state if it is non-surface or not.
