I learned about it a little over a year ago when a landman knocked at my door and offered me 1000.00 per acre (5). I listened to him and collected information from him as much as I could. When he left I immediately started researching it and looking for land to purchase. Bought 100 acres in Coshocton county because the price was right even though it had a well on it. Also bought 26 acres in Portage with well on it.
