- We had signed up a Lease Agreement with COBRA
but subsequently had it returned and the offer rescinded. We were never told WHY. My goal is to discover that reason. If it is because there is no gas incentive on the site we would then like to sell said acres. I would like to know if there was/is a problem with local permits or just no gas there, or perhaps, even some other reason. It is on the common line of Lorain and Erie Counties in Vermilion Twnshp. OH.
