- Hi, I have a contract with Chesapeake, Statoil )oil and gas wells) and Doninion sold to Blue Racer Mid Stream (gathering line).
Talking now to Access Midstream about another gathering line contract. In my contract with Dominion I think I did well. I took their lease to my Lawyer and he, Dominion and I composed the new contract. Among other things (gates, seeding, logging etc.) I received $75.00 per foot for the line. They worked very good with us. That was almost 3 years ago and now I am wondering what the asking is now per foot for a gathering line.
I am located in Marshall County West Virginia. If any one has heard the amount they are giving now please let me know. Of course Access Midstream offered $25.00 per ft.
I have been around to long to go for that amount. I have heard $105.00 per ft.
