"If that's what your contract says then that's how they will pay you.  Otherwise, tell them they are being noncompliant with the contract, if they are, and if so if it were me, I'd demand it be removed until payment is made. …"

"$3.00 a foot is what they will pay. The contract is for 6 months. Every 6 months they pay again. What we didn't know was they don't pay until water is running through the temp pipes. The pipe has laid on the property for about 2 or 3 weeks…"
