beware of the seneca lease, I saw it and it was not good. also national fuel who owns seneca is the ones putting in the pipeline on trout run mt. I know for the pipeline is going through our property, we own trout run mt. National fuel has been one great bunch of guys to work with, no BS from them, very good people. don't believe everything you hear about rose valley, lots of rumors that are not true, we have people who have entirely too much time on their hands being nosy and are telling things that they know nothing about. yes there is activity, take a ride.
