Co-X just got the ok by Hilcorp to offer $3250 net to the landowner with 17% royalty with the great lease we negotiated. Let me know if you are interested.

Jim; you need to read the lease and compare.  Lots of things affect the value of a lease. The one offered by Hilcorp reps is not as good as the one Co-X negotiated. Compare things like setback minimums, depth severance, approval on pad location, indemnification, deductions from royalties and more.
