- Landowner-It was a positive meeting and they asked alot of pertinent questions and some of them were already under the DEP rules and regulations that all production companies must follow pertaining water sources, well locations (spudding the well), environmental impact and tank battery equipment locations. I enjoy talking about the lease and I take great strides to educate them about all parts of the lease and the actual drilling of a well(s) units.
