Has anyone in the georgetown area been contacted about leasing their land? We have 24 acres above Georgetown and are curious to know what a lease in that area is worth. We were contacted a while ago by a landman but the offer was so low that we didn't respond. In our area which is Beaver county leases are going for about 3200 to 38oo with a 20% royalty.I'm new to this site so please bear with me.See More
