i saw a recent article, in the pittsburgh press...that indicated a new york lawyer, formed a class action and successfully sued the gas companies..in new york...didn't say which one...for not negotiating in good faith...on the cost per acre...back in 07, --8....we need to locate such a lawyer, and obtain his support/a firm's support and those who signed these very low leases, need to class up...and get busy....negotiating..w/ these companies who aren't involvd...
