- leased land appr. 6 yrs ago, for pitins, and signed row with bluestone pipeline, well pad being set-up approx 3/4 mile from us,,very misunderstanding about why our lease changed hands and why no one has contacted us again about the remainder of the pipeline $$$$, and what about redoing the lease before it expires,,,
