I was hoping to hear from more people from portage county.  So far there has been limited interest.  If I hear of any groups forming,  I will post it on the group site.  Chesapeake at this point was the only offer that we received,  $1500 for 10 year lease,  not very good lease terms or price.   It is my opinion that things will pick up after production numbers are released in March and a few more wells are drilled.  I believe there is more potential in Portage County and that interest will pick up.    Who made the offer if you don't mind me asking?
